Nancy is the hospital's office manager. She is a lifelong resident of Reynoldsburg. Nancy has worked at Cross Creeks Animal Hospital since August of 2000. The pets at Cross Creeks are the perks to a job she loves. In 2017, she married her best friend, Doug. They love to travel and try new restaurants. They have 5 wonderful grandchildren.

Sue is a resident of Groveport, she loves animals and enjoys all the pets at Cross Creeks. When not working she spends time with family. She especially enjoys her grandbabies. She has two Australian Shepherds named Tater and Reese. The rest of her spare time is spent outdoors, and singing at church.

Jules is a lifelong resident of Pickerington, and joined Cross Creeks in 2015. She is married to Jonathan and has two young boys. At home, she has three cats and a chinchilla. Jules has a love for animals that started when she was young and spent time on her grandparents farm in Northern Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys backing, crafting, and going to antique shops.

Wendy joined Cross Creeks in August of 2017. She is married to Kevin whom she has known since she was five years old. Together they have two grown sons, a dog named Layla, and a cat named Polly. Other than spending time with family, she enjoys being on the golf course with her husband.

Geri is originally from Cleveland and joined Cross Creeks in July of 2022. She is married to Steve and has three sons, along with a dog named Zelda. Geri enjoys reading, volunteering at church, kayaking, and game nights with her family and friends.

PyLynne joined Cross Creeks Animal Hospital in April of 2022. She is engaged to Brock and has a cockapoo named Sherman. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friend. She also likes to paint and draw.
